Information received pertaining to the Glenville Junction in the village:
The road marks are purely preliminary and for Cork County Council (CCC) observation (only) of traffic and truck (HGV) movements at the junction. No decision has being made by CCC on junction build out or parking spaces
CCC are presently considering repairing existing damaged footpaths at the village centre and leaving all parking as is and constructing minor buildouts at the Glenville junction to improve sightlines at the junction. Cork County Council will communicate scheme design over the coming months.
